I/We are fully aware that Medivest Sdn Bhd is committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all of its business dealings and relationships wherever it operates to counter bribery and corruption. As such, we shall not offer, give, solicit or accept any bribe or form of bribe during the course of our engagement or engage in any transaction that contravene the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009, any applicable anti-bribery or anti-corruption legislation, by-laws, rules and regulations (“MACC laws”) as may be imposed by the relevant authorities and/or internal policies.

I/We hereby agree that the existence and then content of the discussions and negotiations (including any documents and information exchanged between the parties) shall be kept confidential on the terms and conditions that had been set out. I/We shall not disclose or make available any Confidential Information to any person (other than Disclosing Party) without Medivest Sdn Bhd's prior written consent, and shall ensure that none of the person in our company and/or related to our company do or omit to do any act or thing which would cause a breach of this agreement or otherwise be inconsistent with this declaration.
